Driving-Wheel Bearing
This product is combined with molding blank piece
and CNC-turning processes. Tight tolerance on
individual component to assure rotating smoothly
under temperature raising is needed to consider
high performance engineering resin under cost-efficient
request. CW offer through distributor to the end
user Mercedes-Benz.

Linear Retainer Slides
This product is used for slides of seating system,
it might be designed to one piece (non-balls)
or balls assembly
style. We offer high precision and steady dimensions
and excellent flatness to meet the demand of your
assembling line. To keep customers' benefits,
we always use mold cores in the material of stainless
steel 440C HRC54-56 to keep long life time, and
maintain each tooling component according to our
handling-brochure. We purchase ball or roller
from ISO certificated supplier to keep assembling
smoothly and we use automatic or semi-automatic
machine to load ball or roller into retainer.
