Founded in 1993, Cross-Western Manufacturing
Corporation is a leading manufacturer of production
of injection molding components, and got the ISO
9001:2000 certification. We are equipped with
many production machines, thus we provide secondary
operation, such as annealing, drilling, milling, turning,
CNC-machining, painting, coating·Ketc.
Best known for our plastic injection molding, our product
line have grown extensively. In nowadays, Cross-Western
has recently finished variety of product lines which
include automotive, bearing, mechanical,
electronic, fluid, building, office, and other
components.
With 12 years experience both in manufacturing in plastic
molding and in selling industrial product, we have formed
both professional ability of technology to develop products
and especial ability to search goods for you. We provide
design, engineering, solution
and products to customers. Not only can we offer
best service and products in competitive price, but
also we can design and develop new products which are
according to customer's request and practice in the
form of OEM. |

Histories

1993
|
Cross-Western Mfg. Corp. (C.W.)
was set up. In this period, there were Sales and
Production Depts. with an inspection room. All
plastic molding parts were sold to Europe and
the United States. |

1996
|
C.W. started cooperating with a
foreign technological company in order to promote
the competitive advantage to products. Additionally,
C.W. added part items for further sale. |

2000
|
Changed as a multi-specialization
manufacturer according to characteristics of products
step by step. |
|
2001
|
Moved and expanded to the present
factory because of the insufficiency for original
fields and facilities. At the meanwhile, there
were total 8-sets of plastic injection molding
machine whose ranges are from 90-ton to 250-ton
and other relative production equipments in Production
Dept.. C.W. added Engineering and R&D Depts.
for completing and emphasizing the plans of R&D,
cost analysis and manufacturing process. Besides,
C.W. purchased additional industry machines and
equipments, such as CNC-machines, lathe machines,
milling machines and grinding machines·Ketc. All
these specialized equipments were placed at Engineering
Dept.. Hope to offer customers more various and
specialized products by combining Production Dept.
with Engineering Dept.. |

2004
|
It's a developing year that C.W.
continually increased many production equipments.
Furthermore, in order to promote the ability of
R&D and more quality assurance on products
for our customers, C.W. followed the IS0 9001:2000
system in March, and got the ISO international
quality certification in May 28. |

2005
|
C.W. purchased 4 sets of micro-molding
machine to produce the tiny-weight products. At
the meanwhile, we enhance our capacity to 650-tons
to support C.W.'s future plans. We established
Patent-Product Researching and Developing Dept.
to not only eliminate defects of present industrial
product but also design new style products to
replace the present ones. |

2006
|
There are three new developing products
that will be applied for the patent due to our
efforts during the year of 2005. Although it is
inconvenient, uncomfortable or for cost-down and
quality, we take them as our responsibility. |
